Sometimes after a long weekend, we'll do something different in practice on a Monday. Sometimes it's non-volleyball fitness, sometimes it's a pool workout, or simple fun in the pool, and on occasion, it's just Yoga to recuperate the body. This Monday was one of those days. We couldn't get our Yoga instructor extraordinaire (aka Kathryn), so she found us one of her yoga friends, who was GREAT! Chelsea led an hour long class that was both soothing and helpful for some sore/tired bodies, which should help us prepare to go hard the rest of the week leading into our next NESCAC weekend in CT. Thank you, Chelsea!
